The resort of Porto Quadro is nestled in the bay northeast of the port of Santa Teresa Gallura, overlooking the Strait of Bonifacio and the Corsican Archipelago—the perfect destination for nature and sea lovers looking to spend their holidays in complete relaxation. Children can play safely and freely in the various small squares, which are completely car-free, all while remaining within easy reach of the entertainment and attractions of the nearby town of Santa Teresa Gallura, just a few kilometers away.
Our apartments, functionally furnished according to each owner's personal taste, nearly all feature sea views and a private furnished outdoor area perfect for relaxing in the open air. Upon request at the time of booking, apartments with a washing machine, air conditioning, and/or a sea view are also available.
The Sea: numerous coves nestled among majestic granite cliffs and a golden sandy beach within the bay.
Amenities: fully equipped beach, beach bar, excursions to the archipelago islands, and horseback riding approx. 3 km away. All shops and services can be found in the nearby town of Santa Teresa Gallura.

Reception office hours: 9:00 – 12:30 and 16:00 – 20:00 daily, including Sundays.
Arrival: We accept all methods of payment, including SATISPAY.
Check-in from 17:00 to 19:30.
Late check-in (after 19:30) must be arranged in advance by calling +39 0789 755660. In this case, the outstanding balance must be paid via bank transfer a few days prior to your arrival, and the payment receipt must be sent to our booking office (just like the deposit). Once the balance has been paid and you have sent the required ID documents for mandatory guest registration, you will receive the exact location of the apartment and key collection instructions via WhatsApp. The morning after your arrival, please visit our reception office to pay the security deposit, tourist tax, and any other outstanding fees.
Early check-in: subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Departure: check-out strictly by 10:00.
Late check-out: evening departure can be arranged with the reception office, provided that the apartment is not occupied by other arriving guests on the same day. This allows you to keep the apartment until no later than 20:00 for an additional fee equivalent to the daily rate discounted by 40%, payable on-site. In this case, if the security deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.
Security Deposit: €200.00, preferably by credit card as a guarantee, or in cash. For departures before 9:00, if the deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer.

Final tidying and cleaning: guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, dishes, and bathroom, otherwise a €50.00 fee will be charged. The property must be left free of all trash upon departure, otherwise an additional €50.00 fee will be applied.
Pets: A compulsory final cleaning surcharge of €55.00 applies per pet. Cats are not allowed.
Tourist tax: in accordance with current regulations, this must be paid in cash. (Municipal Resolution No. 18 of 09/03/2021 and subsequent amendments).
Good to know
- We recommend paying the remaining balance by bank cheque. We also accept payments via SATISPAY.
- On-site assistance: 7 days a week, maintenance technician 6 days a week.
- Upon arrival, in addition to paying the remaining balance, a security deposit of €200.00 must be paid, which will be refunded upon departure. The deposit can also be guaranteed using a credit card.
- Upon arrival, in addition to the remaining balance, the tourist tax must be paid in cash, as required by law.
- A fee of €50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit if garbage is left in the property upon departure.
- For safety reasons, appliance maintenance and repairs are carried out through official manufacturer assistance channels, and are subject to their response times. We cannot guarantee the proper functioning of ovens, dishwashers, and other small appliances left in the property by the owners.
